Village Biltong was created by Matt Bown, a local entrpreneur from Etwall near Derby; hence the reference to “village”. Matt donates 5% of every single order to charity which is changed the each month so that he can support as many different charities as possible. This is usually decided by a poll on instagram on the last Monday of each month. February’s chosen charity is Buxton Mountain Rescue.
