Derby Women’s Rugby Team was set up in 2007 and has been going from strength to strength since.
We currently play in the RFU Women’s NC East 1 League and have regular development matches for new players to get them ready to play. We have a great relationship with local teams, including Derby University Women’s Rugby Team.
We always welcome new players – it doesn’t matter if you are a regular player, a returning player, or have never played before. Everyone is welcome! We also welcome any Junior players, who are coming through to play Senior rugby this year, please get in contact as we’d love to have you on board.
Training is on Wednesday and Thursday nights at the rugby club. Come along or contact us to find out more.
