We are delighted that Energee are sponsoring one of our players Amy-Louise. They are holding a range of quarterly bootcamps during this year. We hope you or a friend may be interested in these.
The first one has just started this week but there is still a chance to join. Two sessions are held a week, one in Allestree and one at the rugby club. It’s a three-week intense programme offering progress tracking, nutritional advice, and constant accountability and supports. It’s fun, inclusive, and involves a lot of different styles of training!
